Hinterhaus Distilling is an award-winning distillery in Arnold, California — the heart of the Sierra Nevada. We produce American Single Malt Whiskey, Bourbon, Vodka, Gins, and Liqueurs. Founded by Bonnie and Nate Randall, our spirits are shaped by our rugged landscape using local ingredients, fresh Sierra Nevada water, and an obsession with honest and transparent process. Our American Single Malt is open-air fermented with local Northern California barley; our Bourbons are finished in local California wine barrels; our Vodka and Gins are distilled from California wine.
