'HAUS TASTING or Cocktail Seating

Hosted by our 'Haus Guides, you will be poured a selection of our small batch spirits and offered tips on how to make the most out of tasting and utilizing them. Enjoy views of our distillery production space from within the comfort of our tasting room, and purchase our spirits and branded gear in our adjacent bottle shop. *Participants have the option of choosing to enjoy a cocktail instead of a tasting at time of reservation. California law limits patrons to 1.5oz/day which is 1 tasting OR 1 cocktail. *Each 'Haus Tasting fee becomes complimentary with the purchase of 3 bottles of spirits. Hinterhaus is a 21+ and certified service animal establishment only. Please plan accordingly for your kids and canines.
